RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – In mid-December 2021, the Brazilian Navy took supply of its final Airbus H135 mild helicopter. With this supply, Airbus Helicopters (by way of its Brazilian subsidiary Helibras) completes the contract signed with the Brazilian Navy in 2019 to ship three models.
The H135s, designated UH-17s by the Brazilian Navy, will complement and change the UH-13 (Airbus H125) helicopters operated by the first Multi-Function Helicopter Squadron.
