A bunch of the stuff in that bill is stuff that's already in the books. Look up ATF Form 4473 and you'll see the questions on it. It covers people with felonies, domestic abuse, drug addicts, mental deficiency, whether or not you are a legal resident, and confirming that you are not purchasing the weapon for someone else as a straw purchase. It's all there already.
