It was my 21st birthday the day this happened. I have been listening to podcasts regarding this tragedy. It is horrific and the fact the people responsible for it only got a slap on the wrist is despicable.
The university should’ve verified with the student association and the bar owner if they are legally set for all safety measures. This is so sad 😞 but it goes back to the vocal leader in that band.
