During any Emergency Act the Charter of Rights and Freedoms still continue and cannot be castigated. That is, the right to assembly, the right to travel freely (without vaccine), the Right to Free speech etc…. and the removal of cell phone service presently in Ottawa is in direct conflict with the right to free speech. The censoring of speech whether deemed "misinformation" is also a violation of the Charter and thus is ILLEGAL.
