Trump is interfering with Brazilian laws, wanting to stage a coup in our country and restore the Bolsonaro family, a sellout, corrupt, mafia family who also plotted the deaths of President Lula, Vice President Alckimin, and Justice Minister Alexandre de Moraes.

I'm Brazilian Lawyer and Trump is right. Brazil today is a dictatorship, in which the Supreme Court, allied with Lula's far-left government, persecutes and arrests conservative politicians, journalists, conservative YouTubers and has even intervened in US sovereignty with its illegal orders.
That all began in 2019, when Alexandre de Moraes opened the Fake News investigation, which served to censor and arrest conservatives. It turns out that Fake News crime doesn't exist in Brazilian Law, and so-called Fake News could be anything that displeases the left, such as saying that Lula is pro-ab0rtion, which is true, or that he is a friend of Nicolas Maduro, which is also true. It's worth noting that Civil Law prevails in Brazil, meaning that to regulate conduct, especially crimes, a prior law defining the crime is required. This is called the Principle of Legality and is provided for in the Constitution and in Article 1 of the Penal Code.
"There is no crime without a prior law defining it, there is no punishment without prior legal imposition." Thus, by creating the alleged crime of fake news, without legal provision in the Brazilian Penal Code, Alexandre de Moraes gravely violates the Constitution.
He also violates it when he tried cases against Bolsonaro and right-wing figures for alleged crimes of opinion, even though he himself was the victim of the some "Fake News" allegations, acting partially in all these trials.
Because of this Fake News investigation, Bolsonaro and several right-wing politicians had their social media accounts censored and had to pay numerous fines in 2022 elections. Because of this obvious bias on the part of the Supreme Court, when Bolsonaro was defeated, thousands of people protested against the Supreme Court, and some rioters infiltrated the demonstrations and destroyed the Supreme Court (STF) headquarters. Normally, this type of rioting would be punished by the "crimes of damage to public property" and "criminal association", but the Supreme Court, which hates Bolsonaro, took advantage of the situation to create the narrative of a coup d'รฉtat.
So people who were just in the crowd, not breaking anything, are facing various crimes, including the alleged "coup d'รฉtat," and are being sentenced to disproportionately harsh sentences. For example, a woman who spray-painted a statue with lipstick and wrote the phrase "You lost, loser" received a 14-year prison sentence, a longer sentence than many confessed murderers receive here in Brazil.
By the way, the Supreme Court wants to convict Bolsonaro of the crime of coup d'รฉtat, when Lula was already elected and had already taken office, Bolsonaro was in the US, and the rioters of January 8, 2023, were elderly people, without weapons or army. In other words, there was no way that mob could have carried out a coup, and this coup d'etat narrative is just an excuse for the Supreme Court to arrest Bolsonaro and prevent him from running in the 2026 elections.
It's also important to add that Alexandre de Moraes violated US laws by ordering the censorship of conservative profiles on Elon Musk's X platform. When Elon Musk refused to comply with the censorship orders, he fined Elon Musk and suspended X in Brazil. He then ordered the seizure of funds from other Elon Musk companies, such as Starlink, which was forced to transfer R$18 million to the Brazilian government for failing to comply with Alexandre de Moraes's censorship orders.
Finally, Alexandre de Moraes also ordered the censorship of profiles of conservatives exiled in the US who used US companies in the US, such as Rumble, which is a clear violation of US sovereignty.
