Owning a home in Canada might be the most affordable it’s been in three years, according to a new report by the Royal Bank of Canada.
“The positive shift in the last five quarters has helped homebuyers’ prospects across all regions and housing market segments. However, it’s been condo buyers that have seen the most significant turnaround,” the report said.
The report predicts stable home prices over the next two years.

It's not a buyer's market as long as the owners can afford to sit on their homes indefinitely rather than significantly lower the price.
Maybe once sellers really start getting desperate and actually need to accept whatever low price they're offered, THEN it will be a buyers market.

What's your definition of affordable? The largest price decrease was 45 dollars in halifax. Look at that, I can pull numbers out my ars too. A 3 bedroom 2 bath should be at most 500grand if its nice. Greed rules the world so its 2 million. Want a home in Toronto? Too bad, that's an elites only city. You can live in the streets and serve them but they will make sure you dont have as much as a cardboard box to call home. The government failed us so bad that its global news and they still pat themselves on the back. The better option now is to buy an rv. You can get one nicer then most the condos and houses in ontario for a fraction of the price. And get this. It moves
