Mexican navy forces have captured infamous drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero, who was behind the torture and homicide of a US DEA agent in 1985.

Caro Quintero, 69, was arrested after a search canine named Max discovered him hiding in shrubland within the city of San Simon in Sinaloa state throughout a joint operation by the navy and the Lawyer Basic’s Workplace, in accordance with an announcement from the Mexican navy.
